Yep Desert Diary

On April 23, my sister had her Birthday. I gave her a Lego house made entirely from scratch. She also got a play-mobile wedding set, and a play-mobile horse set.

 The last few days my family and I have been working on a mural, shown above. We call it Narnia. I like drawing animals and  I have had lots of practice, so I did the outlines of all the animals, and my Mom and my Sister s filled them in.

Have you ever seen a wild hippo, ostrich, monkey, or jackal? I have. Mostly I see them at a river a few miles away, but the ostrich I saw in the rice fields, a group of fields that farmers grow rice and other crops in.

My sisters and I are home schooled, and the last week we didn't have to do school, doing fun activities instead, such as volleyball, egg and spoon race, and a game in which there are two teams who take turns carrying as much water as they can from one bowl to another in cups on their heads, spilling as least water as they can. The team with the most water in the 2nd bowl at the end of the game wins!

The last few days we've had a guest staying here. She was supposed to go back to her home, which is a five hour drive away from here, but because of coronavirus she had to stay.
