Our house

May 25, 2020 Dear Readers, We have a pretty big house. It has six rooms, a kitchen, and a flat roof with stairs leading up to it. My favorite room is my room. We keep our bikes on the roof, so when we want to go bike-riding, we just go and ride our bikes up there. Do you like riding a bike?

Watermelon Eater

Dear Readers,  My nearly-two year old Brother Simeon is addicted to Watermelon. Whenever he sees some, he screams until he either gets some or he forgets about it. He eats so much watermelon so that when he's done, he has watermelon juice all over his face. Do you like water melon? Bye!

How to Make Pancakes

This is a recipe on how to make Pancakes. I used to be the pancake specialist in our family. Here are the ingredients. 3 tablespoons of sugar 3 cups of flour 2 teaspoons of salt 3 tablespoons of baking powder  3 eggs 3 cups of milk 2 teaspoons of olive or vegetable oil Mix the sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder together in a bowl. Then, mix the milk and the eggs in with them. Finally, scoop out a small amount of batter and pour onto a hot pan with melted butter. Flip when they start to bubble. Remove them when ready. Enjoy! What's your favorite way to make pancakes?

More Chicks!

A few days ago, two more of our eggs hatched! Unfortunately, there weren't any hens on the nest at that time, so when they came back, none of the hens thought that the chicks were theirs, so we have to keep the keep the chicks in a box. You can see them below. The lighter yellow one was born before the other one. Bye!

New Chicks!

Today three of the eggs our chickens laid hatched! They look about an inch or so tall, and are very cute! (I couldn't take a picture of them, because they are so small.)
