Luckily, the robber had only come out to get a drink of water, and didn't go within three yards of him. When the robber was gone, Arthur breathed a sigh of relief. About a hour later, he heard snoring. He peered into a window and saw the robber had gone to sleep. Arthur also saw the necklace that had been stolen. He snuck into the cabin and tried to go into the mans room, but it was locked, so he got his axe and chopped the lock of. He crept into the room and stole the necklace back.
