Wild West Quest, Chapter Four

Chapter Four

Tracker was exited. That could only mean one thing. They were getting close. As the day wore on, he got even more exited. Arthur knew they were getting close. Suddenly he saw a cabin, and quickly hid, as he saw the robber coming out of it. Arthur hoped that the robber wouldn't see him, but still he shouldered his rifle. Luckily, the robber had only come out to get a drink of water, and didn't go within three yards of him. When the robber was gone, Arthur breathed a sigh of relief. About a hour later, he heard snoring. He peered into a window and saw the robber had gone to sleep. Arthur also saw the necklace that had been stolen. He snuck into the cabin and tried to go into the mans room, but it was locked, so he got his axe and chopped the lock of. He crept into the room and stole the necklace back. He stole out of the room and outside. Once he was safely out of sight, he stood up. His mission was completed!

  1. The axe chopping the lock off didn't wake up the robber?? The robber must have been very tired! - Uncle Nay

Galapagos Adventure, Introduction

Peter was going on a trip to the Galapagos islands (a group of islands about 2,600 miles away from America, famous for having many animals on it that only live there, such as the Galapagos tortoise and the Marine iguana). One night, he woke up in the midde of a storm, with his boat sinking! The boat didn't have any lifeboats, so Peter grabbed a gun, bullets, gunpowder and a bag of corn, threw a barrel overboard, dived in after it, and swam to one of the Galapagos islands that was nearby, resting on the barrel when he was tired. Unluckily, it was uninhabited (nobody lived on it), but he at least survived the storm. Two and a half years later, he lived in a large cave, had a pet Galapagos hawk (a large, brown hawk breed. The main predator of the Galapagos islands) called Flyer and owned a large cornfield. Galapagos Hawk

Going Sailing

Last holiday my family & I went sailing. First we got on a small boat, and then sailed to a bigger one, which we sailed on for about an hour. I got a weird feeling that I sometimes get on airplanes when the boat went over the waves. I hope we go again sometime!
